  • Saint & Poet Returns Policy
    Our aim is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from us. Please email us within 7 days of delivery if you are not happy. Sorry, but we are unable to give a refund if the items have been cut to your specifications unless item is of substandard quality. Please ask for a fabric sample before you place an order to satisfy yourself that it is the correct fabric, colour, tone, weave and finish. If you do not order a fabric sample prior to the purchase, we cannot be held responsible for any variance in the fabric. Please be aware that colour representation of the fabrics on screen can be affected by many variables and may show up differently on your devices. How To Return Goods We do not accept return goods that are cut to your specifications; Firstly, please email us for a returns reference, stating your name and original order number. Please ensure that it is of a saleable condition, unused and wrapped, where possible, as originally sent. If returning goods under ‘the distance selling reg 2000’ (cooling off period) the cost of returning the parcel is your responsibility. Please retain proof of postage. Any refunds will be refunded into the account that payment was made from. Your statutory rights are not affected. Of course, we try to achieve much higher than the EC reg 2002/ Distance Selling reg 2000/ Data Protection Act 1988 & sale of goods legislation 1979 amended. We really want you to be happy with your purchase and would like you to become a long-term customer.
  • Saint & Poet Shipping Policy
    Please note this is a signed for service. If you request for your order to be left in a safe place, or request a specific time, this is at your own risk but also at the discretion of the courier who are not Saint & Poet. Delivery Timescales - 3-5 working days (excluding the festive period) after ordering (never 100% guaranteed and delays with the courier are out of our control, eg: weather or breakdowns). If you are in a rush for your fabric, please drop us an email and we can see if it is possible to speed up the shipment of your order. Higlands and Islands Delivery Timescales - 5-7 working days after ordering (never 100% guaranteed and delays with the courier are out of our control, eg: weather or breakdowns). All couriers request a telephone number in case they have difficulty locating your address. NO ONE will contact you for any other reason. We DO NOT pass ANY of your details to anyone else
  • Saint & Poet Payments
    How To Order Browse through our pages and click on any items that you wish to buy. Enter the quantity of full metres that you require - this will be placed in your ‘shopping cart’. You can now continue to shop, as above or ‘checkout’. Once you have finished shopping, ‘checkout’ and you will be guided through the process. Provide your details - check all your details are correct, if there are any errors, simply click ‘back’ to amend. Please note that delivery can only be sent to the billing address. VERY IMPORTANT - do not forget to supply a telephone number, in order that the courier, if necessary, can contact you for directions. Once satisfied - click ‘commit to buy’: There is an option to ‘print’ your checkout order. An email confirmation will be sent to you confirming all the details. If there are any errors, please click email us immediately. Colour Matching A sample of any and all fabrics is recommended pior to ordering. We recommend that you purchase the full amount of fabric required to complete a project, as fabric colour can vary from batch to batch. If you do need to re-order a fabric for the same project, please let us know when you place your order so we can do our best to send fabric from the original batch. We cannot guarantee this as fabrics are being sold continuously but will do our very best to find a match. Dispatch We aim to dispatch your order within 4 working day of payment clearing (please note this is not always the same as you sending the payment). We will notify you, by email, if there is any further delay. Payment You may pay by credit/debit card our secure payment facility. Once you have reached the payment portal, follow the instructions to enter your credit or debit details and complete the purchase of your products. If at any time you change your mind, simply click the cancel button to return to the home page. We use an automated encrypted payment system so we never see any payment information so your card details are fully secure.

  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
