At Saint & Poet, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. We offer free shipping for all orders over £125 and have a flat rate of £5 for orders below this amount. We use only the best packaging materials to ensure your fabrics arrive in a perfect condition. If you have any questions about our shipping methods or costs, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Saint & Poet, we take great care to ensure our products are accurately represented through multiple images and detailed descriptions. However, screen colours can vary, so we offer a sampling service for our fabrics.
We strongly recommend using this service before placing an order to ensure the fabric, colour tone, weave, and finish meet your expectations. Without ordering a fabric sample beforehand, we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in the fabric. Please note that screen colour representation can be affected by various brightness settings and may appear differently on your devices.
When we dispatch your order, we always include a leaflet asking you to verify that the correct fabric and colour have been sent. While we meticulously check all fabrics, mistakes can occur. If you are making the fabric yourself or having a third party do it, we suggest conducting all necessary checks. Please inform us of any issues before cutting the fabric.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or quality issues once the fabric is cut and made up.
